São Paulo is a world bussiness hub, but rather than being too formal, our executives behave a little in Brazillian way.
The etiquette for bussiness in São Paulo is very similar to the one in less formal countries. Although our executives work with seriousness, they avoid looking too 'over' (you have to consider Brazil is a very spontaneous and relaxed country). There are no specific formalities that you have to comply with.
Of course being polite and trying never to be late are good signals, but if you don´t stick to that all the time don´t worry too much.
And, as São Paulo is a 24-hour city, there´s no problem if you want a meeting at 10pm; there will still be a pub opened waiting for you after that.
