This is the most popular park of the city. More than an exercise place, it's a cultural space. There is the “Fundação Bienal”, that among others projects hosts the city's art exhibition, the Modern Art Museum and the Oca, space for temporary exhibitions.

The park auditorium has dif-ferents musical presentations every weekend showing great Brazilian music, open air concerts happens at the “Praça da Paz”. For skaters the “Marquise” is a great place to practice.

For kids, the planetarium is a good entertainment option.The lake received new waterworks and illumination, at night the spectacle gathers people around the lake.
